Mercy Health Arena and the Muskegon Lumberjacks have made adjustments this season to create a fantastic experience for fans. Before visiting us, please review the following information. If you have questions while planning your visit, give us a call at 231-726-2400.
Etix is our new digital ticketing system for all ticket holders attending a Lumberjacks game this season. Your mobile tickets offer you the convenience of always having your tickets right by your side with no need for physical tickets to carry around and look after.
Similar to printing or downloading an airline boarding pass/ticket from any computer, using the most up-to-date technology, this new, quick, secure and simple digital system will allow you the ultimate convenience and flexibility in using your seats.
As we work through the learning curve of mobile ticketing, here are a few tips:
For your safety and the safety of others, all guests are strongly encouraged to enter each Lumberjacks home game at Mercy Health Arena using a mobile ticket.
How do I use it?
Use your mobile tickets just like you would a normal paper ticket. Present the bar codes for your ticket(s) on your mobile device to the attendant when you arrive at Mercy Health Arena and you will be scanned into the building as you have been accustom to do with a paper ticket. Not scanning? Try turning the brightness on your phone up!
What if I do not have a smartphone (i.e. iPhone, Android, etc.)?
We highly recommend that you use the digital ticket functionality via your mobile device for your safety and the safety of others. This is one of series of initiatives we have undertaken to minimize contact with other people. However, if you do not have a smartphone, you may print your tickets at your home or office and present the paper version of your ticket(s) upon entering the Arena. You could also transfer your tickets to someone else who has a smartphone who is attending the game with you and you can use their mobile device for entry into the Arena. See the step by step instructions on this section of the website on exactly how to print and transfer your tickets.
What if I want to give tickets to friends and family?
Your mobile tickets function just like a normal paper ticket. Simply forward the email from Etix. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket at home or access them on their mobile device.
I split tickets with my partners. How do I distribute the tickets to my partners?
It is the responsibility of the primary account holder to determine how the ticket(s) are distributed amongst your group. You can share via email, or print the tickets at home. Once your share partner(s) accept(s) the tickets, they will be able to place them on their mobile device or print the ticket.
I'm a Season Ticket Holder and I missed some games... How do we turn in unused tickets for the Ticket Exchange Program?
If you are unable to attend a game, contact Elle Lively (elively@muskegonlumberjacks.com) to arrange for tickets for one of the upcoming Ticket Exchange dates.
If I have a question or issue on a game day, who should I call?
You may call Elle Lively, Director of Customer Service at 231-799-7000 or email elively@muskegonlumberjacks.com. You may also go to the Mercy Health Arena Box Office near the Western Entrance when you arrive for the game and a member of the Box Office staff will be happy to assist you.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your phone’s Wallet prior to gameday.
What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?
That can usually be addressed by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, a member of the staff will be there to assist you.
When should I download my ticket(s)?
We highly recommend that you download your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the game.
What if my phone breaks, dies or is lost /stolen before I arrive at the game?
You may call Elle Lively, Director of Customer Service at 231-799-7000 or email elively@muskegonlumberjacks.com.
