Know Before You Go

Mercy Health Arena and the Muskegon Lumberjacks have made adjustments this season to create a fantastic experience for fans. Before visiting us, please review the following information. If you have questions while planning your visit, give us a call at 231-726-2400.

  • Masks will no longer be required for fans during the 2021-22 season
  • Concessions inside the arena are open!
  • We are implementing contactless ticketing to reduce close contact and paper usage. You can now receive all of your tickets via email and text. For more information, visit our Mobile Ticketing FAQ.
  • Contact tracing is in effect via our mobile ticketing system.
  • Mercy Health Arena is disinfected before and after each game.
  • Mercy Health Arena recently installed a Demand Control Ventilation System as well as a Plasma Ionization System. These new systems continuously clean the air, neutralizing bacteria and viruses.
  • Sanitization Stations are set up at each entrance and around the arena for patron use.
  • All players and staff members undergo a daily health screening, regular testing, and adhere to current COVID-19 mandates.
  • When you enter Mercy Health Arena, you are acknowledging and assuming all risk of possible exposure to COVID-19. For more information, read the waiver here

Etix is our new digital ticketing system for all ticket holders attending a Lumberjacks game this season. Your mobile tickets offer you the convenience of always having your tickets right by your side with no need for physical tickets to carry around and look after.

Similar to printing or downloading an airline boarding pass/ticket from any computer, using the most up-to-date technology, this new, quick, secure and simple digital system will allow you the ultimate convenience and flexibility in using your seats.

As we work through the learning curve of mobile ticketing, here are a few tips:

  • Tickets come via email from ETIX, not the Muskegon Lumberjacks. When you search your inbox, make sure you are searching for “etix”.
  • Save the passes to your phone’s wallet for quick access later. If you have an iPhone, click here for a complete guide. If you have an Android, click here for a complete guide.
  • Make sure your phone brightness is turned up high to help the ticket scan easily. Here’s a guide to show you how.
  • We highly suggest that you do not print out your tickets to reduce contact. If you do choose to print your tickets, please make sure they are printing at a normal size- if the ticket is reduced in size, or too small, it will not scan. Barcodes should be about the size of the strip on the back of a credit card.

  • Utilize your mobile tickets for quick and easy entry to the home games in your specific ticket package. Simply access your tickets on your mobile phone or smart device, have the bar code scanned at the entrance to the arena and you’re in! It’s that simple.
  • Print tickets from any computer at absolutely no cost if you prefer to have a paper ticket.
  • Securely and electronically transfer tickets via e-mail.
  • Reduce the risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets

For your safety and the safety of others, all guests are strongly encouraged to enter each Lumberjacks home game at Mercy Health Arena using a mobile ticket.

  • Add your ticket(s) to your phone’s digital wallet in advance to avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals at the Arena
  • Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head to the Arena
  • If you are attending with guests, transfer (forward) each person their own ticket in advance.
  • Turn up the screen brightness on your phone for easy scanning.

How do I use it?

Use your mobile tickets just like you would a normal paper ticket.  Present the bar codes  for your ticket(s) on your mobile device to the attendant when you arrive at Mercy Health Arena and you will be scanned into the building as you have been accustom to do with a paper ticket. Not scanning? Try turning the brightness on your phone up!

What if I do not have a smartphone (i.e. iPhone, Android, etc.)?

We highly recommend that you use the digital ticket functionality via your mobile device for your safety and the safety of others.  This is one of series of initiatives we have undertaken to minimize contact with other people.  However, if you do not have a smartphone, you may print your tickets at your home or office and present the paper version of your ticket(s) upon entering the Arena.  You could also transfer your tickets to someone else who has a smartphone who is attending the game with you and you can use their mobile device for entry into the Arena. See the step by step instructions on this section of the website on exactly how to print and transfer your tickets.

What if I want to give tickets to friends and family?

Your mobile tickets function just like a normal paper ticket. Simply forward the email from Etix. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket at home or access them on their mobile device.

I split tickets with my partners.  How do I distribute the tickets to my partners?

It is the responsibility of the primary account holder to determine how the ticket(s) are distributed amongst your group. You can share via email, or print the tickets at home. Once your share partner(s) accept(s) the tickets, they will be able to place them on their mobile device or print the ticket.
